So after our first day of geocaching there are some things I've come to realize:
*I need a machete
I know we're not supposed to F with nature while hunting but those briars were brutal
*Brooke and Kristen need rain boots
So I'm not tromping around in the mud by myself, it's more fun with people!
*Always take camera when you're sent out in the mud while everyone else waits
That way there is no back tracking lol
*Wear a jacket when it's cold
Duh
*Always decipher codes before hunting
We could have found a lot more today if we took the time to do it right
*Pack a snack
Hoofing all day is exhausting!
*Start early
Sunlight=Easier to find
*Sadly I may have to get a fanny pack
Yes, I said it. A bookbag is excessive, a purse gets in the way, my pockets aren't large enough.
*I should eat the icing off another slice of cake and leave the remains of that piece in the pan again
It's just so funny to hear Brooke's reaction when she discovers it. It's almost like my own personal microcache : )
